From 2010 – 2020, the United States executed 341 people — by lethal injection, electrocution, or firing squad — in twenty states.

Ten people sentenced to die in the District of Columbia were executed by lethal injection at USP Terre Haute in Indiana, though the state of Indiana has not put anyone to death since 2009.
